All programs will include experiential activities in addition to meaningful reflection, facilitated by our team of expert facilitators and leadership coaches. Most programs are available in a variety of virtual, hybrid, or in-person modalities.

Short-form opportunities: 

Keynotes - An engaging talk for larger audiences where we dive into one topic. Will include an experiential component and debrief. 

Workshop - classroom formats where we facilitate activities that cover a topic in greater detail for 5-50 people. 

Connected Experiences - Multiple or longer-form workshops that are half to full or multi day experiences. Can cover multiple topics or one aspect of leadership development in greater detail.

Creative Teams by Game Design — In Person full or half day workshop

This is a dynamic workshop that combines game design and team leadership skill development in a game jam competition. Participants will be periodically guided through design teamwork and leadership skill building activities that enable them to work in teams to design a tabletop game using a predetermined theme (aka secret ingredient) in a matter of hours. Teams learn how to:

Establish healthy, playful norms for thriving in a constantly changing environment.

Utilize design thinking and creative mindsets that enhance team performance.

Build high quality relationships, psychological safety, and develop positive team culture.

Problem Solving Conflict Resolution — In Person half day workshop

This game-based workshop gives participants the chance to practice skills and uses experiential learning about conflict styles, mediation, potential differences in perspective, and strategies for resolution using game-based design. The "Conflict Style and Resolution Game" will bring these skill development areas to life as participants play the game. Participants work together to activate different styles for responding to conflict and progress through the resolution process, responding to environmental pressures and creating solutions - spending "energy" and narrating the process along the way.
