LeadRPG
Integrate tabletop role-playing games in the practice of leadership and team development
Level up your Leadership
LeadRPG is both a research-informed model for understanding how TRPGs can support meaningful development and a practical method for designing and facilitating that integration. Built on more than a decade of research into group dynamics, leadership development, and the human experience of TRPGs, it helps practitioners intentionally connect role-play, storytelling, group interaction, and reflection with real leadership and team needs.
Learn, and Practice with LeadRPG
LeadRPG is building a professional community around the integration of tabletop role-playing games and leadership development, team learning, coaching, consulting, and organizational change.
We want this field to remain creative, collaborative, and open to experimentation as it grows. So, we are committed to cultivating a LeadRPG name that reflects clear standards, responsible facilitation, and research-informed practice.
