Fall LeadRPG Cohorts
At LeadRPG, we believe that leadership is best learned through experience. Our retreats are meticulously designed to advance individual and teams’ leadership capacity, leveraging play as a tool to engage and develop self-awareness, an understanding of personal and professional roles, team identity, and group process.
This fall, we will be offering two remote 12-week cohort programs for individuals interested upleveling their leadership skills, understanding more about the LeadRPG model, and experiencing first-hand how tabletop roleplaying games can be leveraged in experiential learning. Cohorts will be offered Monday from 4-6:30pm CST and Fridays 1-3:30pm CST. Select which time works best for you when you sign up.
Perfect for individuals interested in developing their leadership skills or facilitators/trainers interested in leveraging TRPGs in their work.

LeadRPG Retreat
February 2027 in Charleston, South Carolina
Join us in-person for a premier LeadRPG Experience! This retreat includes four days of immersive play, workshops, and discussion guided by expert leadership game masters and coaches. Perfect for individuals or small groups looking to engage in challenging leadership development and a playful community to share in community and have fun.
This retreat is available both for individuals seeking leadership development and trainers looking to become LeadRPG facilitators.
