Integrating Tabletop Role-Playing Games with Leadership Development

At Lead+RPG, we believe that leadership is best learned through experience. Our retreats are meticulously designed to advance individual and teams’ leadership capacity, leveraging play as a tool to engage and develop self-awareness, an understanding of personal and professional roles, team identity, and group process.

We are excited to offer lodging as a part of our retreat experience! Participants will stay in new suites on campus (four private bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and lounge) and take part in activities during the dates of the retreat.

Pricing and Registration

Early bird registration is live through June 6, 2025!

Pricing:

The three-day Lead+RPG Retreat is August 8-10th. With registration, participants can choose two or three nights for lodging accommodations on-site at the University of Southern Maine.

  • Registration: $475 (early bird price).

  • Lodging: $90 per night (private bedroom in a 4bd 2br suite).

Meals are included with registration for Friday dinner through lunch on Sunday.

Parking overnight is available on campus for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things come up! Before June 12, we are able to offer a full-refund with a $100 admin fee. After June 12, we will offer a 50% refund. No refund will be available if cancellation occurs after August 1.
